In 2014, refined the design / build effort to focus on small projects, community service and educational programs. 

In the mid 1990's, created an innovative educational program funded by private business partnerships with public schools. This evolved into online business-to-business prototype tools for the design and construction industry. 

In 1986, founded a full service design / build firm with licensed architects and contractors. Delivered residential, commercial and public projects. The firm grew to employee fifty people working throughout Northern California. 

Awarded bachelor of architecture degree in August 1978. Purchased an old ranch house on five acres and began a hands-on renovation. In 1981, managed the construction of a federal water works project. Two years later, began commercial construction work that led to the design / build of an Intel clean room.
